Webinar: Inclusion by Design: Gender and Equality in International R&I Collaboration

The virtual session “Inclusion by Design: Gender and Equality in International R&I Collaboration” will explore how equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) can be intentionally embedded from the earliest stages of research and innovation projects, especially in the context of international cooperation between the EU and Latin America.
The session will feature Dr. Genoveva Vargas-Solar, Senior Scientist at the CNRS and Gender Equity Officer at LIRIS Lab, and Liisa Ketolainen, Specialist Consultant on Gender Equality.
The discussion will address the role of inclusive digital transformation, human rights-based approaches, alongside methods to address gender biases in technology through inclusive design.
The session will be held in English and will include automatic subtitles in Spanish and Portuguese.
