Our Digital Dialogues Mapping
To support the implementation of commitments resulting from EU-LAC digital dialogues and unlock the full potential of the BELLA network for research and innovation (R&I) cooperation, we mapped key digital transformation agreements from major summits and conferences between the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean.
This mapping is a cornerstone of our mission to strengthen EU-LAC R&I collaboration. By making these insights accessible and actionable, we empower stakeholders across both regions to turn dialogue into progress.
What We Discovered
Our analysis identified 96 digital dialogues and 62 formal agreements at bilateral, regional, and multilateral levels, including:
● UNESCO’s AI ethics initiatives and ministerial summits
● Ibero-American Summit digital cooperation frameworks
● CELAC innovation partnerships and declarations
● MERCOSUR digital integration agreements
