2024 Milestones
1. First Face-to-Face Meeting

We joined the 2nd Innovation Days in Rabat, Malta, connecting with global innovators and showcasing SPIDER’s commitment to fostering digital transformation.
3. Launch of the EU-LAC Digital Dialogues Implementation Forum

This year, we advanced on the mapping of the dynamic digital transformation landscape between the EU and LAC. 12. Elaborated a concept note for EU-LAC cooperation on digital
transformation
We advanced a comprehensive concept note that provides a strategic roadmap for leveraging the BELLA network and aligning EU-LAC policies. This document identifies six key technology areas—AI, 5G, blockchain, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and Virtual Research Environments (VREs)—to drive innovation, knowledge exchange, and socio-economic development.
